KIDS SPEAK: An opportunity for youth to be heard
The KIDS SPEAK 2013 topic was: "What are the responsibilities of individual South Dakotans and/or the state concerning distracted driving? Five students spoke at the April 26 event in Sioux Falls; five spoke in Rapid City on May 10. Funding for KIDS SPEAK is provided by State Farm Insurance.
